  1. This will generate a text file for importing into a database or spreadsheet to track your use of serial numbers.  The report is sent via QuickMail to the user selected at the start of the process.

  3. There will be one line for each mail server on your network.
  4. Each line will contain the following information:
  5. The Zone name
  6. The MailServer's chooser name
  7. The MailCenters on that machine
  8. The serial numbers on that machine
  9. The version of QuickMail Server software
  10. The total number of users on that machine
  11.  
  12. Following the data will be a totalling of the number of zones, QuickMail Servers, MailCenters, users, and installed serial numbers
